Global Energy Solutions has assembled a management and professional team with broad experience and expertise in development, construction, marketing, international finance and investments, environmental permitting, environmental management and science, and international business.  GES’ key personnel have over 100 years of combined experience in the design, marketing and implementation of the Thermal Converter.  The Senior Management team is comprised of the following individuals:

 

Edmund R. Danzig, Chairman of the Board, President and CEO, founded Greater Environmental Solutions International.  Prior to forming GES, Mr. Danzig owned a successful real estate development company for over 30 years.  Mr. Danzig has extensive experience in managing all aspects of large development projects from initial permitting and financing through construction and marketing of the project.  Mr. Danzig’s primary focus is financing, business development and marketing.

  

Florence Stephens, Vice President of Administration, Corporate Secretary and Treasurer, has worked in administration for over 30 years with 20 of those years in construction and development business.  She has considerable experience in office administration as well as project analysis, due diligence, blue print and engineering analysis, financial projections and construction expediting.

 

Neil Hansen, Vice President of Finance and Director, recently retired as Vice President of a publicly traded real estate investment trust.  During his 25 years in the real estate industry, he has managed the assets of a $250 million real estate portfolio, acquired and disposed of numerous real estate assets, and turned around troubled real estate portfolios.  Mr. Hansen has also been involved in the initial public offering of real estate trusts, including compliance with regulatory requirements, financial reporting, and communications with the financial community.

 

Richard C. Martin, Vice President of Operations, has worked in the concrete business beginning at the age of 11.  After college, he was in charge of in-house projects that dealt with construction and engineering of plants, plant sites, and steel buildings, parking and storage lots, plant components and logistics.  He also worked in all facets of human resources, sales, and accounting of a business that has sales in excess of $15 million per year.  Additionally, he has experience in real estate sales and development and has worked on several development projects on the west coast of Florida.

 

Nichole Poirier, Vice President of Marketing, has experience in marketing, graphic design and public relations with special skills in writing, photography, public speaking, production, editing and documentaries.  Mrs. Poirier has worked for several companies in public relations, marketing and local television productions.

 

Pierre Bloncourt, Vice President of the Caribbean and Central America Division, is a successful management professional with over 30 years experience and excelling in sales and marketing, new business development, import-export, strategic marketing, and territory management.

 

Amjad Abu Al Neel, Vice President of the Middle East Division, has held numerous positions in various businesses.  His responsibilities have included negotiating contracts, managing both accounts receivable and payable, managing procurement files, managing and supervising employess, and general financial and management requirements.
